Wow, it's been awhile. I think I'm gonna start using this thing a lot more. It's like LJ without the emo and drama.
Life is good! Less than a year until I graduate. School is going well. I feel like I've learned so much in the past few months. My rotation at Lodi Memorial was really awesome. It was an amazing glimpse into the life of a RT. It will be a very rewarding career. There are going to be some seriously difficult times dealing with death and pain all the time, but I think I will make the best of it as much as I can.
Hubster and I have been married for 6 months now! Yep, we beat Kim Kardashian. We're pretty proud. Just kidding :) He's laughing at me right now for writing that. In all honesty though, I could not be happier with my choice in husband! Our dreams have become the same and man does that make life so much easier. We are seriously looking forward to me getting a job as soon as possible after graduation so we can buy our ranch in the country and try for baby #1!
Mat's job is going really well. He absolutely loves working with David. For those that don't know, David is my cousin's husband. They call each other cousins now to make it easy haha. Anyways, the company is Stevens Custom Stoneworks and they do amazing work! So if you or anyone you know needs granite, tile or any kind of that work done, let us know.
Speaking of jobs...it's really odd that I don't have one. I could not be more grateful to my husband for allowing that. It is so incredibly helpful for my schooling. I honestly think it is a huge part of the reason I have been able to learn so much these past few months.
Well it's getting late and I think Mat would appreciate it if I got off the computer so he didn't have to keep rewinding American Idol for things I miss. haha
